Description
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course manual provides an opportunity to acquire basic operational techniques for improving process performance and related economic results. The objective of the course is to provide the tools and needed knowledge to optimize and increase the yield of processes, to reduce their waste, losses and defects, and to improve their performance.
