LEADMENTOR was born from an idea.

My name is Andrea Greco, an engineer and professional for over twenty years engaged in management consulting for process optimization and continuous business improvement. I have practiced specializing in Lean, Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies, bringing a contribution in hundreds of companies in various parts of the world.

For years I have had a dream: that of popularizing and making accessible to all companies, even the smallest ones, evolved tools for management and business improvement, proposing them in a leaner, simpler, immediately usable and affordable form. Hence, LEADMENTOR was born.

LEADMENTOR is a totally innovative project based on the idea of do-it-yourself consulting. LEADMENTOR offers products that can be purchased on the site (such as books, audio courses, video courses, guided pathways, business simulation games, analysis kits, project kits, problem solving kits) of immediate use and rapid application.
